The website provides general information about residential and commercial cleaning services. Content may be updated at any time. The website does not create a service contract, guarantee availability or provide a binding quote.
Estimates and scheduling
Prices are not provided through the website or by phone because the company performs an in-person property walkthrough before giving an estimate. A request submitted online does not guarantee an appointment or service date. Scheduling is confirmed separately after the scope and estimate are accepted.
Service scope
The exact cleaning tasks, property areas, timing and payment expectations are discussed directly with the client. Exterior window cleaning is a separate service unless specifically included in the agreed scope.
SMS Terms
Program name: RB Jax Cleaning Services Text Messages.
Description: By opting in, you may receive customer care messages about your cleaning quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages such as offers and seasonal reminders.
